Our system alerts us any time a child requires a match and we quickly match them up with an available Pen Pal that closest suits them based on interests, age and language. If at any time you feel your Pen Pal is not an appropriate match you may disconnect and we will find a new match.

We do ask that parents use their own discrepancy for choosing to participate in the program. Typically the ideal age ranges are from 3-12 years old. In earlier years before children develop literacy they may share drawings and other forms of art accompanies with a parent assisted letter.  

There is a one time registration fee per child of $10. Afterwards there is no cost to the program! Our program is fully supported by Splash'N Boots, TD Bank, Media Suite and generous donations. You are responsible for any external associated costs for using the service however. This includes postage and materials for your communication mediums.
